Big boy! Davido welcomed by Rwanda president at the airport as he performs to 60k fans

On july 4th, Rwanda celebrated their annual liberations day at Amahoro national staduim in Kigali. Davido was the headline act for this year and president Paul Kagame of Rwanda welcomed BET winner with his wife and children at the airport. Yea! naso Davido. Continue to see more photos.....



The concert which started that nght was headlined by Africa's biggest act Davido. The 21year old Aye crooner performed to 60000 excited fans. When it was time for his back to back the crowd went off the chain.There were 9 East African presidents at the show that night; Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta and Tanzanian president Jakaya Kiwete were among the presidents at the show. 

After the show Davido was invited to perform Aye at the President's home, however no cameras were allowed that time.

Good evening my JAB peeps, its that day of the week where I share some inspiring words to keep our head high even through the turbulent waters. Today we would be talking about Living our dreams and the prime obstacle to that is FEAR. You can either live your dreams or live your fear. I think that many people are not living their dreams. Naira now 241 against US$1

  The naira hit another record low of N241 against the dollar at the parallel market on Monday as the Central Bank of Nigeria’s restrictions on foreign exchange sale fuelled unofficial trade in dollars, Reuters reported. Financial experts say the ban placed by CBN on importers from accessing Nigerian foreign exchange markets for the importation of 41 items has led to the volatility of the Naira-Dollar exchange rate at the black market.
